RETURN TO SEOUL

Freddie, a mid-twenties woman adopted and raised in France, travels to South Korea, on an impulse to reconnect with her origins. The headstrong young woman starts looking for her biological parents in a country she knows so little about, taking her life in new and unexpected directions.

French director Davy Chou’s third feature Return to Seoul (formerly known as All the People I’ll Never Be) is a moving, delightful film following a young French woman’s quest to discover her Korean roots. The film premiered at Cannes Un Certain Regard and quickly became one of the most buzzed titles at the festival.
